This website is operated by The Framed Galaxy ("The Framed Galaxy", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes on this page. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, complete and current information when you buy from us.

2. Products and Images

All photographs sold on this site are original works by The Framed Galaxy. We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary, so the printed colours may differ slightly from what you see. Mockup images are for illustration only, and the frames, props and room settings shown in them are not included unless stated.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect orders already confirmed.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price because of an error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Digital Download Licence

When you buy a digital download, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

print the image for your own home or personal use, as many times as you like
give a printed copy as a personal gift

You may not:

resell, share, distribute or give away the digital files
sell prints or any products made with the image
use the image for commercial purposes, including advertising, merchandise, business décor, websites or social media marketing
claim the work as your own, or remove any copyright information
use the image to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models

5. Physical Prints

Physical prints are made to order. The production and delivery times in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Returns, refunds and cancellations follow our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photographs, text, logos and design, belongs to The Framed Galaxy and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to try to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with how it works.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, such as payment gateways and couriers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or actions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Framed Galaxy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
